This privacy policy explains how the organizers of the U.S. Critical Minerals & Energy Investment Delegation to Zambia (“we,” “us”) handle information collected through usminingmissions.com.

When you submit the interest form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, title, company, business email, phone number, and your responses about your company and goals. We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that collects aggregate, non-identifying usage data. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to evaluate fit for the delegation, to follow up with the mission brief and next steps, and to communicate with you about the program. We may share it with the program’s organizing partners for these purposes only.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided by emailing Brent.Klepko@trade.gov. We retain interest-form submissions only as long as needed for the delegation and related follow-up.
